reading between drawn lines

The moment when you pause after life has been moving so fast and evaluate what it is you have actually been doing and what it is you have accomplished and what has come and what has gone and what has stayed the same.

Because there will be a moment when you’re looking at someone you’ve known for maybe too long and you realize you haven’t really stopped to look at them since it was love at first sight.

And you ignored the little problems and you glazed over some small facts because there was a time when you looked at this someone and saw a great tomorrow because that tomorrow was completely unknown.

There’s a moment when you pause after life has been moving so fast and you see that the days are going just as quickly, but somehow, now, all look the same. It’s not the blur of motion but the blur of standing still,

when time passes while pausing since this one morning and the next one morning will be the same and before that thought excited you but now you have a slightly fuller picture of what that means.

I was a gripping synopsis that made for a repetitive story.
